For two days, I felt like the old man that I am, when walking down stairs at work. Step. Ouch. Step. Ouch. OK, maybe a slight exaggeration, but I was hurting.



Distance was 2.86 miles, time 39:41 (moving 35:11), elevation gain/loss 129 feet, avg. pace 13:52 (moving 12:18), and best pace 8:45.
