Distance was 10.14 miles, time 2:01 (moving 1:47), elevation gain/loss 379 feet, avg. pace 11:59 (moving 10:38), and best pace 7:21.
The right heel/Achilles ache I acquired weekend before last is all but gone now; the left heel has some PF every morning, but it has gotten slightly better, even while running every day. Soft steps and easy pace seem to do the trick.
