Thursday Green Mtn Street Run

Because heavy clouds were hanging over the mountain, I took to the streets and trails along the periphery of Green Mountain in Lakewood. Not really what I'd call a trail run, more on sidewalks than dirt. Reminds me of my winter runs.

Distance was 4.11 miles, time 53:45 (moving 45:30), elevation gain/loss 403 feet, avg. pace 13:05 (moving 11:05), and best pace 7:18.
