Green Mtn Lakewood Run

Slowly getting caught up from vacation, this is from Saturday the 5th after I got back home from the holidays. A long-ish run up the local hill (Green Mountain in Lakewood), running all over the best (least-traveled) trails, circumnavigating the mountain.

Distance was 13.22 miles, time 3:14 (moving 2:35), elevation gain/loss 2,121 feet, avg. pace 14:44 (moving 11:45), and best pace 7:24.

Just enough to wear me out by the end.
