Apex Run

I ran Apex on Sunday since it was an odd day (bikes uphill only on some trails). It was hot, so I stuck to the shadows whenever possible.

Respite from the hot sun on Enchanted Forest trail:

Distance was 8.66 miles, time 1:43 (moving 1:35), elevation gain/loss 1,917 feet, avg. pace 12:00 (moving 11:01), and best pace 6:37.
