Tuesday Clear Creek Crawl

This run was leisurely even by my standards. I did see a friend and his kids on one of the "secret" side trails in the brush, and it turns out his kids and I climb the same fallen cottonwood tree just for fun. Funny.

Anybody lose a femur?

I don't know if you can tell, but this plant was holding a few ounces of water at each place where there leaves met the stalk.

Distance was 7.44 miles, time 1:47 (moving 1:25), elevation gain/loss 112 feet, avg. pace 14:30 (moving 11:32), and best pace 7:49.
