Friday Green Mtn Lakewood Run

It was a busy week at work, so I didn't mind going out for a couple of beers afterwards, but I also didn't want to miss out on a run on my favorite trail day of the week, so I ran too. The trails are pretty sparsely populated on Friday, so it's my favorite day to run. Most people are well... enjoying happy hour. Needless to say, I ran easy.

Distance was 6.15 miles, time 1:26 (moving 1:14), elevation gain/loss 967 feet, avg. pace 14:07 (moving 12:11), and best pace 8:45.
