Monday White Ranch Easy Run

Basically a "keep loose" run after the prior day. I drove up to the top of White Ranch so I wouldn't have to ascend from the plains, yet could still enjoy some montagne running.

A great evening drenched in that golden late-afternoon Colorado light.

I headed up Belcher Hill, which I almost never run, to do something different. Then onto Sawmill and past the camping area.

The golden sunlight, and the views of pine-covered hills dropping away to the plains below made the run. Worth the drive up.

Distance was 3.58 miles, time 1:11 (moving 49:14), elevation gain/loss 772 feet, avg. pace 19:54 (moving 13:46), and best pace 7:55.
