Walk distance was 4.98 miles, time 2:08 (moving 1:26), elevation gain/loss 702 feet, avg. pace 25:49 (moving 17:18),
I went for an easy run at South Boulder Creek. Calves were running crazily all over the fields playing, then stood right in my way on the path and wouldn't budge as I approached them. Eventually they scampered off into the field, hooves flying. Kids.
Run distance was 7.15 miles, time 1:37 (moving 1:15), elevation gain/loss 155 feet, avg. pace 13:39 (moving 10:34), and best pace 5:16.
The path was beautiful, and there weren't many bugs to my surprise, unlike other paths I've been running late in the day.
I was at a near-sprint on the last straight stretch before the gate, however the 5:16 pace is an anomaly from when I passed through the underpass. I very much doubt that I can actually run that fast, more like just under 7:00.
