Sunday Green Lakewood Run

Sunday was partly sunny, but there was a breeze up on the mountain, and it was some work to keep warm. On some aspects of the hillside, the wind would gradually sap the warmth from any exposed skin. Putting on a hood -- even loosely -- had the effect of keeping the wind off my face, and light gloves with extra-long sleeves did the trick.

Distance was 10.58 miles, time 2:35 (moving 2:08), elevation gain/loss 2,150 feet, avg. pace 14:45 (moving 12:06), and best pace 6:38.
